Beginning at later cleavage stages, both NvPar-6::mVenus (A) and NvLgl::mCherry (B) began to distribute in different regions inside the cells (C) below the cortical actin labeled with Lifeact::mTq2 (D): NvPar-6::mVenus was always observed towards the apical side while NvLgl::mCherry moved basolaterally in non-overlapping domains.
